A popular use for Washi Tape in Japan is to adorn gift packaging. Here in the US, we paper-crafting chicas have become rather Washi Tape CRAAAY-ZEEEE! We're drooling over it, collecting it, petting it but when it comes time to actually DO something with it, sometimes, we hit a road-block. Boo.
