I needed to make a stack of thank-you notes. And use some of all that gorgeous 6x6 patterned paper I've been collecting. Made 8 cards; only a small dent in one pad of Indian Summer by Basic Grey. But, I'm so stoked over how they all turned out--because I'm not very good at using patterned papers. I love them, love to look at them, pet them (yes, I pet my paper goodies) but actually using them often confounds me. Because my personal safety zone is a simple white card.
Armed with an assortment of layout sketches I've always wanted to try, 2 6x6 paper collections, and just a few rubber stamps, I was able to produce 8 very simple thank-you cards that I really REALLY like! YAY!!!
