Fell in love with this design by Kristina, "Hi". I CASEd it. *grin* I didn't have any of the stuff she had used, but I did have stuff I could use to create a similar effect! Which resulted in serious bouncing, of course. ![]()
To recreate a similar look with stamps, the flowers were stamped with 2nd generation impressions over the School Lined patterned paper.
I did add the paper flower embellishment, tho, which I was actually making for another project, and it occurred to me that it would look POIFECT on this design. So . . . here it blooms! *giddy*
After some congratulatory exclamations to self, and lots of back-patting, I handed the design over to my son. He had been invited at the last minute to a girl friend's (friend that is a girl, not a girlfriend, for the record) birthday dinner and he desperately needed a card. And, as he took it, he said, "You know, my friends all really like the birthday cards you make!"
Needless to say . . . I'm still beamin'! ![]()
Have a fab weekend!
